Document version: 2026-05-19-slo-tournament-store — your acceptance is recorded against this exact identifier (GDPR Art 7(1)).
1. Scope & Seller Identity
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store operated by IBS TRADE d.o.o., Na zelenici 4, 3000 Celje, Celje, Slovenia (VAT: SI19872682).
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms apply exclusively; we do not recognise any conflicting or deviating conditions.
2. Contract Formation
The product presentation in the online store does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order.
- You browse the store and add products to your cart.
- At checkout, you enter your details, select a delivery method and payment option.
- Before submitting, you review your order. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay", you submit a binding offer to purchase.
- We confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the contract.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices shown are final prices and include the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT). Any additional delivery costs are indicated before checkout.
The following payment methods are available:
- Card payment — processed securely via Stripe. Payment is collected at the time of order.
- Bank transfer — payment details are provided in the order confirmation email. The order is processed upon receipt of payment.
- Pay at pickup — payment by cash or card at the time of collection (venue pickup orders only).
4. Delivery
Delivery is available to the addresses we serve. Delivery times are estimates and begin after payment is received (for bank transfer orders) or after order confirmation (for card and cash payments).
Risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
→ View the full refund & withdrawal policy, including the model withdrawal form and return shipping instructions.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@m-sportsolutions.com). You may use the model withdrawal form available on our Returns page, but it is not obligatory.
For full details including exceptions and the model withdrawal form, please see our Right of Withdrawal & Returns page.
6. Returns Procedure
If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@m-sportsolutions.com.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Under EU law, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within two years from delivery. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proved otherwise.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity, to receive a proportionate price reduction, or to terminate the contract under the conditions set out in Directive (EU) 2019/771.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in case of breach of a material contractual obligation, and in such cases liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
This does not affect mandatory statutory liability provisions, including product liability and liability for injury to life, body, or health.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence shall also apply where they provide greater protection.
If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence or in Slovenia. If we wish to take legal action against you as a consumer, we may only do so in the courts of your country of habitual residence.
10. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
